“Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.” ― Dr. Seuss
“In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.”
― Robert Frost"Quotes", they always fill up people's status on FB & Twitter, fill up our in-boxes morning and night followed by a Good morning or Goodnight, make us think and search about its meaning in our brains and most commonly relates to certain experiences that we have had in the past. Yes, these Quotes by famous people writers, philosophers, actors, politicians whoever may it be reflect the incidents and try to define and give a new meaning to the perspectives that we have. Whether sad or humorous, witty or naughty, plain or classy, these quotes always make us reflect on things we have done, things we will do or we are doing. They help us express ourselves against our grudges and frustrations, happiness and virtues. We even tend to follow them to an extent where from simple lines of wisdom they transform themselves as the defining principles of our lives and characters.
But do we really need to walk on the roads others have trodden, can't we just redefine our lives and create quotes and inspirations on our own. Why do we have to rely on inspirations given by others? Can't we inspire ourselves when we are down? And then we go and say we have a positive attitude even after we have taken that positiveness or rather borrowed that spirit from words and things spoken and done by others. Another thought, what if none of these things were there, then who would have inspired and motivated us???? Thought provoking isn't it?????
